TPAC Framework

The TPACTM Framework is a complete enterprise production environment that provides the modern tools required by Crew Planners to solve the difficult and demanding problems that exist in today's constrained transport industry.

Framework

The TPACTM Framework is completely modular making it easy to integrate into either a legacy crew database or a "green fields" site. The TPACTM Framework can be deployed as a whole or partial system depending on your needs.

This highly visual user interface is designed for the modern desktop environment. Through the use of a number of specialized contexts a planner is able to interact and collaborate with colleagues to understand, edit and publish the solutions developed by the TPACTM Optimizers. See more...

TPAC Rules

TPAC Rules

Every transport enterprise is governed by statutory, union and company rules. TPACTM Rules provides a global rule repository where all rules are defined and made accessible to all other modules in TPACTM. Centralized rules make the roll out of new rules easy, ensuring consistency across the environment. See more...

TPAC Connect

Today's networked environment makes it possible to deliver services over the Web. Our technology allows an enterprise to easily access their planning capabilities from any location. A well-defined interface is the key to how the TPACTM Framework can be integrated with any legacy system. See more...

TPAC Reports

TPAC Reports

The difficult and demanding problems that exist in today's constrained transport industry are made easier to understand with this reporting technology. Crew Planners can choose from a library of pre-existing reports that neatly chart and tabulate a summary of a solution to a problem. This allows you to compare and contrast alternative solutions. Our framework can also be customized to include specialized reports that meet your business needs. Reports can be manually generated or automatically dispatched to Crew Planners via email. Why choose the TPAC Framework?

Cost

The cost of recruiting, training and retaining staff within the transport industry is a major component of a transport enterprise's expenditure. We can help you minimize those cost and continuously save money.

Control

The ability to control the work force at the correct levels both for the immediate and long-term future is essential in the efficient management of costs and the provision of services. TPACTM gives you that control.

Usability

TPACTM is easy to use. After the initial implementation our support team is available 24/7 for consultation and support.

Recalculation

Every business is forever changing. "What if" scenarios allow rapid evaluation and comparison of scenarios such as fleet upgrades and increased vehicle utilization, along with different recruitment, training or leave strategies.

Visibility

Each scenario run ("what if") produces detailed Gantt charts and graphs. This makes it easy to analyze and compare different outcomes.

Updates

We provide regular updates and enhancements to our software. And we make it easy for you to upgrade. This maximizes the potential benefits and reduces cost of ownership.

Performance

Airlines, for example, typically have several thousand crew. We keep this in mind when building our systems, making them suitable for large problems. You won't get an error message from us when trying to solve a large problem - TPACTM was designed for scalability.

Technology

The components that make up the TPACTM Framework have been primarily developed in Java with C++ used when speed is required. Our optimizers are based on FICO's Xpress technology and use linear and integer programming techniques. All external interfaces use our well-defined public XML format. All server-side components run on Unix whilst our Java based user interfaces are designed for and tested on Windows.
