TPAC Workbench

TPAC^TM Workbench is part of the TPAC^TM suite of planning tools. This highly visual user interface is designed for the modern desktop environment. Through the use of a number of specialized contexts a planner is able to interact and collaborate with colleagues to understand, edit and publish the solutions developed by the TPAC^TM Optimizers.

How is TPAC Workbench used?

TPAC^TM Workbench has four main applications:

1. Manpower Planning
2. Pairing
3. Rostering
4. Disruption Management

These applications allow the crew planner to analysis and edit solutions developed by the TPAC^TM Optimizers. Common functions include:

• Gantt Chart Displays
• Time Location Diagrams, also known as Spider Charts
• Full editing functions complete with full TPAC^TM Rules checks.
• Simultaneously load and compare multiple sets of solutions.
• Data validation
• Data Charts & Reports with TPAC^TM Reports
• Filtering
• Searching
• Sorting
• Configurable color coding themes
• Configurable layout
• Configurable information display
• Configurable language

In addition to the main applications there are two further applications that aid in setting up optimization runs:

1. Optimization Run Management
2. Rules Management

These applications can be chosen individually, or in any combination as required. A seamless upgrade process is available if you choose to use one solution and later on decide you are interested in more.
